Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson were appointed Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of the assets and undertaking of the Company on 1 April 2020 pursuant to a Trust Deed dated 8 August 2003 as amended by a Deed of Amendment and Restatement – Deposit Trust Deed dated 18 November 2016 and a Deed of Amendment dated 29 March 2018 and security interest registered in accordance with the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 on 9 October 2003.

The Receivers are working with FEI management and will communicate with depositors and borrowers via contact information held by FEI.

Updates on the receivership are lodged six-monthly on the New Zealand Companies Office website at https://companies-register.companiesoffice.govt.nz.
