Overview
Neale Jackson, Brendon Gibson and Daniel Stoneman were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the Companies on 2 July 2025 pursuant to a general security agreement and cross guarantee dated 22 December 2005.
Updates on the receivership are lodged six-monthly on the New Zealand Companies Office website at https://companies-register.companiesoffice.govt.nz.
